Virtually all IVR vendors concentrate on providing a high level of professional services to determine what their customer needs and how they can fulfill their requirements including integrating with the customers particular data environment. The implementation typically takes several months and concludes with putting the system into production so it reduces operating costs in the call center by offloading calls from agents. This is a very different situation than what is needed in an OEM scenario.
An effective OEM program addresses a situation where product is needed in volume over the course of years. Often an OEM's IVR is not used in a call center, it's used by 100% of callers to completely automate inquiries and/or transactions.
When searching the Internet for "IVR" and "OEM" DAC Systems stands head and shoulders above other IVR vendors. We purely focus on OEM. The others consider OEM a "side line".
